Headquartered in Bristol, Coffee Tech UK was originally founded as South West Coffee Tech by two seasoned coffee machine technicians, serving South West England, South Wales, and beyond. 

Our team consists of highly skilled technicians with extensive experience in diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining a wide array of commercial coffee equipment. We are proud to be officially approved by leading brands such as XLVI, La Marzocco, Victoria Arduino, Conti, La Spaziale, Mahlkönig, Marco, Fracino, Sanremo, and Rancilio, among others.

Calum and Aaron, the co-founders, began their journey in the coffee industry working for some of the most respected coffee roasters in the South West. While collaborating at Clifton Coffee, they envisioned creating an independent service company focused on reliability, transparency, and technical excellence. After more than a decade of experience in the field, they brought this vision to life—initially launching as South West Coffee Tech.

As the company grew, so did its reach and reputation. With a growing number of clients across the UK, the name no longer reflected the company’s national scope. In 2025, the decision was made to rebrand as Coffee Tech UK—a name that better represents the scale, capability, and ambition of the business moving forward.

Now nearly two years in operation, Coffee Tech UK has grown to a team of six and is firmly established as one of the leading service providers in the South West. In addition to servicing and maintaining equipment, the company now also supplies and distributes a carefully selected range of commercial coffee machinery, helping customers find the right equipment solutions to match their needs. Coffee Tech UK supports some of the UK’s most prominent roasters alongside a vibrant community of independent specialty coffee shops and chains.

All CTUK technicians are certified baristas, trained by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). This unique expertise allows them to deeply understand the goals and standards of the specialty coffee industry. As part of the new wave of coffee equipment specialists, the Coffee Tech UK team blends technical skill with a holistic perspective on the coffee industry, ensuring a seamless integration of quality, reliability, and service.
