Headquartered in Bristol, Coffee Tech UK was founded by two experienced coffee machine technicians with a clear mission: to raise the standard of equipment service across the region. What started as a specialist provider for South West England and South Wales has grown into one of the UK’s leading coffee equipment service companies.

Our team of highly skilled technicians has extensive experience in the installation, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of commercial espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems. We are proud to be officially approved by some of the most respected names in the industry, including XLVI, La Marzocco, Victoria Arduino, Conti, La Spaziale, Mahlkönig, Marco, Fracino, Sanremo, and Rancilio.

Co-founders Calum and Aaron began their careers working with some of the UK's most respected roasters. While at Clifton Coffee, they identified a gap in the market: the need for an independent service company built on reliability, transparency, and real technical expertise. With over a decade of combined experience, they launched South West Coffee Tech in 2023, quickly earning a reputation for quality and consistency.

Now with a team of 7 and a strong presence throughout the South West and London, the company continues to grow. Beyond servicing and maintaining equipment, we also supply and distribute a carefully selected range of commercial coffee machines — helping businesses find equipment that fits their workflow, aesthetic, and budget. Our clients include specialty roasters, independent cafés, and expanding chains.

All Coffee Tech UK technicians are certified baristas trained by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), giving us an intuitive understanding of the standards, workflows, and expectations of the specialty coffee sector. Combining hands-on technical skill with a broader view of what great coffee service should look like, we deliver solutions that are reliable, responsive, and designed around the needs of our customers.
