What began as a specialist provider for South West England and South Wales has grown into one of the leading coffee equipment service companies in the UK

Our team comprises highly skilled technicians with extensive experience in the installation, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of commercial espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems. We are proud to be officially approved by some of the most respected names in the industry — including XLVI, La Marzocco, Victoria Arduino, Conti, La Spaziale, Mahlkönig, Marco, Fracino, Sanremo, and Rancilio.
Co-founders Calum and Aaron began their journey working for some of the South West’s most respected roasters. It was during their time at Clifton Coffee that they recognised a gap in the market: a need for an independent service company built on reliability, transparency, and real technical expertise. With over a decade of combined experience, they launched South West Coffee Tech in 2023 — and quickly built a reputation for quality and consistency.
Now with a team of six and a strong presence throughout the South West, the company continues to evolve. In addition to servicing and maintaining equipment, we also supply and distribute a carefully curated range of commercial coffee machines — helping businesses source equipment that aligns with their workflow, aesthetic, and budget. Our clients include leading specialty roasters, independent cafés, and growing chains.
All Coffee Tech Uk technicians are certified baristas, trained by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). This background gives us an intuitive understanding of the standards, workflows, and expectations of the specialty coffee sector. As part of the new generation of equipment specialists, we combine hands-on technical skill with a broader view of what great coffee service should look like — reliable, responsive, and built around the needs of our customers.
