You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us for return authorization.
Unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
